We would like to inform you about the upcoming porting freeze windows scheduled for later this year. During these periods, no porting activities will take place, and there may be delays in new DDI orders depending on carrier stock availability.
First Porting Freeze for the AMERICAS (US,CAN, BR, MX) and South Africa only:
- The freeze begins on Wednesday, November 25th
- Porting will resume on Monday, November 30th for the Americas only
- For South Africa, porting will resume on Wednesday, December 2nd
Second Porting Freeze - End of Year for all countries:
- The freeze begins on Friday, December 11th
- Porting will resume on Monday, January 4th
There are a couple of exceptions:
- In Singapore, the freeze begins earlier on Friday, December 1st
- In South Africa, porting will resume later on Monday, January 11th

Please be advised that service provisioning (ordering & porting) may be affected during the scheduled maintenance window from 14 November, 08:00 UTC to 15 November, 16:00 UTC (09:00 CET on 14 November to 17:00 CET on 15 November). To minimize any disruption, we suggest postponing any activities until maintenance has been completed.

Starting from the first week of November, a new AI Communications Gateway app - under Agentic AI - to manage your AI Voice Agents will be released!
What does it mean?
- the Cloud Voice & Agentic Comms app will be renamed Cloud Voice only and keep all its existing features except the AI Management related ones,
- if you subscribed to the AI Communications Gateway services, you will find your Agents, Tools and Interactions logs in the new app,
- the user guides will be updated accordingly.

• Bulk forward
  The bulk forward feature was revamped to enable the ability to set call forward "from many to many" numbers (up to 1000) using Excel export/import.

  - Fix filters on the "Forwarding and routing" page

• Tenant management
  From the Cloud Voice App, the tenant management section allows administrators to declare a new tenant or edit an existing one.
  The feature is compatible with Microsoft and Cisco platforms.

• Billed transactions report
  As requested, two new fields were added in the Billed transactions report:
  - Assigned number: this is the number associated to the calling plan invoiced
  - Billed transactions report reference: this is the reference that is visible on NTT Ltd. invoices
  
  

  
  

• AI agents management
  The previous name of this menu item/feature was "Bots management".
  With this new release, a new "Azure AI Foundry" agent type is now available.

• Voice Usage - Billing/Reporting improvement (mediation)
  The improvement is to bring more robustness when dealing with wrongly formatted numbers.
  This will also ensure that all E911 calls are correctly reported on.
  
  
• Calling plans coverage
  Turkey is now part of the NTT DATA Cloud Voice coverage.
  We can provide the full scope of Universal Call plans for Turkey users.
  
  
• Other small improvements and bug fixes
  • Additional fields in the billed transactions report (cost codes are now available)
  • Display sites with accentuation in name in the report

The Cloud Voice App is now located in the Digital Collaboration menu.

• Billed transactions report in Cloud Voice App
  This new report provides access to all the billed transactions on a given month.
  
  

  Notes:
  - The new generated reports will be available for 30 days (delete report is not supported anymore)
  - The overall reporting feature was improved for quicker turnaround time to generate reports.
• Number Routing management
  Cloud Voice App users can now manage the number routing with a self-serve feature.
  In Services/Phone number management/Forwarding & routing, routing can be managed on a per numbers basis or using a bulk option.

• Notes:
  The self-serve routing feature is not yet compatible with Operator Connect and Cloud Fax destinations.
