Operator Connect Co-branding


We’re pleased to share an exciting update regarding our services with Microsoft Teams.

As of January 16, Microsoft has begun rolling out a new capability in Public Preview that includes co-branding. We are proud to confirm that NTT DATA is part of this launch.

What this means for you?

As your provider of PSTN numbers and network connectivity, the NTT DATA brand will now be visible directly within your Microsoft Teams client — across desktop, web, iOS, and Android platforms. Our logo will also appear within the Teams interface during 1:1 PSTN calls that users make or receive.

How this benefits your organization?

  • Clear service visibility – Our presence within the Teams interface reinforces transparency around your PSTN service provider.
  • Streamlined support experience – With NTT DATA identified within the dial pad and in-call screens, users can more easily direct PSTN-related inquiries to the appropriate support team, helping ensure faster and more accurate assistance.
  • Enhanced user confidence – Visible service alignment between Microsoft Teams and NTT DATA strengthens clarity around your voice connectivity environment.

We believe this enhancement further strengthens the integrated experience between Microsoft Teams and our voice services.

Please note that the display of the NTT DATA logo is enabled by Microsoft and is not configurable at the customer level.

February 2026 release

A new release was published on February 11th, 2026 with the following features:
  • Agent & tools analytics
    Agent & tools analytics are now available and includes:
    - Overview with quantity of interactions, average duration, prompts quantity
    - Interactions' evaluation, sentiment score, topics, handover rate
    - Daily usage charts
    - Tools' availability, connectivity status, connection logs, response time


  • Live transcription
    During a live interaction with the agent, the transcription is available as the conversation is ongoing.
    It's available in the same Interactions page.

December 2025 release

A new release was published on December 4th, 2025 with the following features:
  • Bulk forward
    The select all checkbox is now available to apply forward or routing to all filtered DDIs (max 1000).

     
  • Additional fields in the "Billed transactions" report
    The field "Duration" was replaced by "Quantity" that contains either a license quantity or a call duration in minutes.
    Unit price is also available.


  • [Preview] Agentic AI Communications Gateway updates
    While still in preview, our Agentic AI Communications Gateway is available.
    Our Cloud Voice & Agentic Comms app provides features to manage you agents and tools.
    Reach out to your account manager to fully enable the service on your account.

    In this release, agent provisioning fields are now dispatched in several tabs.
    Two Large Language Models (LLM) are now available with different options and the description of which to use.

October 2025 release

A new release was published on October 10th, 2025 with the following features:
  • Bulk forward
    The bulk forward feature was revamped to enable the ability to set call forward "from many to many" numbers (up to 1000) using Excel export/import.

  • Other updates:
    - Fix filters on the "Forwarding and routing" page
    - New date ranges available in the dashboards and reports: Last 7 days, Last 30 days

April 2025 release

A new release was published on April 9th, 2025 with the following features:
  • Tenant management
    From the Cloud Voice App, the tenant management section allows administrators to declare a new tenant or edit an existing one.
    The feature is compatible with Microsoft and Cisco platforms.

  • Billed transactions report
    As requested, two new fields were added in the Billed transactions report:
    - Assigned number: this is the number associated to the calling plan invoiced
    - Billed transactions report reference: this is the reference that is visible on NTT Ltd. invoices

March 2025 release

A new release was published on March 19th 2025with the following features:
  • AI agents management
    The previous name of this menu item/feature was "Bots management".
    With this new release, a new "Azure AI Foundry" agent type is now available.
    User guide


  • Voice Usage - Billing/Reporting improvement (mediation)
    The improvement is to bring more robustness when dealing with wrongly formatted numbers.
    This will also ensure that all E911 calls are correctly reported on.

  • Calling plans coverage
    Turkey is now part of the NTT DATA Cloud Voice coverage.
    We can provide the full scope of Universal Call plans for Turkey users.

  • Other small improvements and bug fixes
    • Additional fields in the billed transactions report (cost codes are now available)
    • Display sites with accentuation in name in the report

Global menu of NTT DATA Services Portal
This Change is to restructure the global menu in the Services Portal to have new menu headings with an improved design and remove the 'Services' links on the homepage.

The Cloud Voice App is now located in the Digital Collaboration menu.

User Guide is in the Support section and Access Management in the Common section.

December 2024 release

A new release was published on December 19th 2024 with the following features:
  • Billed transactions report in Cloud Voice App
    This new report provides access to all the billed transactions on a given month.

    Notes:
    - The new generated reports will be available for 30 days (delete report is not supported anymore)
    - The overall reporting feature was improved for quicker turnaround time to generate reports.
  • Number Routing management
    Cloud Voice App users can now manage the number routing with a self-serve feature.
    In Services/Phone number management/Forwarding & routing, routing can be managed on a per numbers basis or using a bulk option.
    More details in the User guide


  • Notes:
    The self-serve routing feature is not yet compatible with Operator Connect and Cloud Fax destinations.

New Call forward self-serve feature

A new self-serve Call forward feature is now available.

The self-serve Call forward feature is now available.
It allows to activate or cancel a call forward on a number or on multiple numbers in few clicks only and applies to all number types (User numbers, Service/CX Numbers, Cloud Fax and BYON).
