November 2022 release

We are pleased to announce a new release published on November 12th 2022.

The main new features are:

  • Location deletion
    Existing locations without numbers can now be deleted.
  • Other
    Some bug fixes

October 2022 release

We are pleased to announce a new release published on October 15th 2022.

The main new features are:

  • Portal login page
    The portal access evolves.
    Further on, you will access the on line management of your Voice Services through NTT Services Portal. From there, you can navigate to Cloud Communication's application but also submit, search and follow tickets.

    For the next two months, you'll have the choice to login from both side.
    In December 2022, only the Services Portal will be used. Make sure you can login and you update your bookmarks.


  • Location creation
    It’s now possible to create new location from location section. Site are created real time.

  • MOS chart update
    • Average MOS and NTT MOS Degradation are now displayed in the same chart
    • Call quantities per MOS category is also displayed in another Y axe


  • Calling plan bulk update
    Improve the experience when numbers from multiple Billing Accounts are selected.

  • Removing the support chatbot while some knowledge base is being improved

August 2022 update

We are pleased to announce a new release published on August 13th 2022.

The main new feature is:

Calling Plan bulk update

From the Number section, it is now possible to update in bulk the calling plan associated to some numbers (up to 1000 for a single billing account).

  • Navigate to the Number section
  • Filter a specific Billing Account
  • Select numbers
  • Click “Bulk Action”
  • Click “Update calling plan”
  • Select calling plan to apply per country
  • Save

A change request will be performed in the next few minutes and you’ll get notified when done.



Support Chatbot

The multi-language support chat is now available across all portal pages (Services portal and Cloud Communication Application)

Services Portal ticketing application 

The ticketing application in the Support section of the Services portal (top global menu) has been updated. The user interface is more up to date and user friendly.

Service Desk - Ticket Management

As announced by email or through your account manager, we transitioned our Level 1 Support to our new NTT Integrated Services Center.

Please make sure that from now on you manage your tickets within Service Desk section accessible from the top banner menu as shown in the image below.

The Support section in the left hand menu is now read only and will be removed in the coming months.

July 2022 release

We are pleased to announce a new release published on July 23rd 2022.

The main features are:

  • Global navigation header
    The Services Portal Global Navigation header is now always on when connecting from the NTT Ltd. Portal.
    Benefits:
    - Cloud Communications Application is better integrated within the NTT Ltd. Portal
    - Always on navigation between Services Portal and the different Apps/Services
    - User guide is always accessible


  • Service Portal Feedback form 
    New Feedback form is now enabled. You can provide your feedback from any portal page.



  • Other navigation changes  
    - The Announcements and Account Managers details are now embedded on the homepage
    - The Notifications and Guiding tour restart features are accessible from the left hand application menu

June 2022 release

The main features are:

  • New location request while ordering numbers
    You can now request a new location creation while ordering new numbers.

  • Porting enhancements
    We have improved the number porting request wizard:
    - Manage bulk import of number ranges
    - Manage required legal documents per country

May 2022 Release

We are pleased to announce a new release published on May 14th 2022.

The main features are:

  • Cloud Voice Numbers menu and filters capabilities 
    We regrouped all numbers in a single menu with three tabs.
    A filter feature is now available.

    Locations are now in a separate menu

  • Feedback form removed
    We removed the feedback form and will replace by a new one soon.
    In the meantime, please provide your feedback to your Account Manager.

April 2022 Release

We are pleased to announce a new release published on April 9th 2022.

The main feature are:

  • Ordering enhancement
    The number ordering wizard has been enhanced to provide a better user experience while requesting new numbers.
    This will also reduce the time to deliver numbers.
    4 steps:
    1. Numbers’ location selection (as per customers’ subscription)
    2. Numbers’ quantity, state and prefix (based on country requirements)
    3. Number settings (Billing Account, Destination, Calling Plan)
    4. Confirmation

  • Unassigned numbers' list
    Numbers without Calling plan are now listed in the same list as the numbers with calling plans.

  • Announcements - Push notifications
    In order to receive push notifications by email, you can now subscribe to our feed. Click on "Get the latest posts to your inbox!"(just under the search bar above)

February 2022 Release

We are pleased to announce a new release published on February 26th 2022.

The main feature is:

  • Service Support Chatbot
    Alex, the Support Chatbot, is now enabled in the portal.
    Alex is there to answer any queries related to our Services.
    If by any means Alex cannot help, our NTT Global Support Teams are taking over.

The 2022 first portal release has been published on January 8th.

The main features are:

  • Ordering and Porting
    Ordering and Porting request can be done through a full new and smart process.
    This capability is now under the Cloud Voice Services section here.
    You'll be guided by the application and prompted for the required information.

  • NTT MOS Degradation
    The NTT MOS Degradation is now available in the call details grid. You can open this grid by clicking on Quality of Services charts.
