November 2021 release

We are pleased to announce a new release published on November 13th 2021.

  • Support portal access
    You can now navigate to our Support Portal from the top right section icons.
    You'll find there some content related to the admin portal including the user guide.


  • Credit notes
    Credit notes are now available in the Invoice section and in the Monthly Invoice History chart.

October 2021 release

We are pleased to announce a new release published in on October 9th 2021.

  • Voice Quality of Service
    Telephony Quality Dashboard is now available in the Analytics section.
    In this release, it includes the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) and the Disconnect initiator charts.

You can drill down to each transactions from the charts.

  • Feedback form
    You can now send your feedback directly from the portal.

September 2021 release

We are pleased to announce a new release published in on September 11th 2021.

  • My Account Manager

Your account manager details are now available and displayed with the portal.

  • Case filters and export

The Incidents/Requests can be filtered and exported.

  • Service level charts

Some filters were added to the Service Level charts. It is also possible to drill down into the case by clicking on a specific chart content.

July 2021 release

We are pleased to announce the July 2021 release.

  • NTT Cloud Communications API

    APIs are now documented and can be use to access the Admin portal data within client application.
    Contact us for more details.

  • Top user numbers

    A Top ‘x’ user numbers in tabular form with basic search and sort is now available in the usage dashboard section.

  • Cost code values – bulk upload

    This is the ability to edit/upload a list of cost code values in bulk with an import process.

June 2021 update

We are pleased to announce the June 2021 release.

  • Notification enhancement

    Notifications are now categorized and can be sorted, filtered and searched.


  • Portal URL

    A new URL is now available to access the Admin portal:
    https://portal.arkadin.com
    This URL will slowly replace the existing one.

May 2021 update

We are pleased to announce the May 2021 release.

  • Cost code bulk update enhancement

    • Add a step in the wizard to download the data
    • Data downloaded only for the current section (user numbers, service numbers)
    • Drag a drop the file to upload
    • After the upload display only the updated records
    • Highlights errors (wrong value, missing value) before being able to submit
    •  When saving, display validation screen with the quantity of updated record

  • Other changes

    • Add "All or My" filter in the Orders and Incidents' list
    • Increase the number of possible options/values for a cost code from 10 to 500
    • Add a success/failure status icon for portal requests visible in the notifications
    • Not visible to customer yet: Voice KPIs - Quality of Service
    • Bug fixes

March 2021 update #2

We upgraded the NTT Cloud Communications Admin Portal for the second time in March 2021.

  • Cost code - Update wizard

    You can now upload an Excel file to update the list of cost codes assigned to your phone numbers. It helps for updating a large number of records.



  • Tool tips

    Some tool tips were added across the portal to provide some basic information on what is available in each section.

  • Branding and some wording updates

    We updated logos and background but also the Support menu wording for more clarity on which option to choose between Orders and Incidents/Requests.


  • Other

    - Guiding tour text update
    - Bug fixing
    - Technical upgrades

March 2021 update

We are pleased to announce the new features available in the March 2021 release.

  • Cost code
    The Cost code feature provide the capability to declare personalized cost codes that you can apply to numbers. It will then be available in reports and soon in the detailed invoice CSV.

  • Global and Local Admin profiles
    Global and Local Admin profiles replace the Account Admin and Billing Admin profiles. Global and Local Admins have the same rights overall but with a full client scope for the Global Admin and a Billing Account scope for the Local Admin profile.

  • Announcements
    With this new feature, you are informed directly from the portal about all releases, updates and maintenance activity that have been completed or are scheduled.

  • Guiding Tour
    New users that will access to the portal will get information on the different available sections.

  • Other improvements
    - Dark mode: this is a useful feature to reduce eyes strain an improve battery life on mobile devices
    - Service Requests: multiple document uploads are possible (up to 5 per upload)
    - Performances upgrade
    - DDI list export feature
    - Site Name and DDI Country in detailed invoice
