Starting from the first week of November, a new AI Communications Gateway app - under Agentic AI - to manage your AI Voice Agents will be released!
What does it mean?
- the Cloud Voice & Agentic Comms app will be renamed Cloud Voice only and keep all its existing features except the AI Management related ones,
- if you subscribed to the AI Communications Gateway services, you will find your Agents, Tools and Interactions logs in the new app,
- the user guides will be updated accordingly.
