October 2021 release
We are pleased to announce a new release published in on October 9th 2021.
- Voice Quality of Service
Telephony Quality Dashboard is now available in the Analytics section.
In this release, it includes the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) and the Disconnect initiator charts.
You can drill down to each transactions from the charts.
