Smarter porting time-zone visibility
Cloud Voice now shows the porting time zone alongside your local time when scheduling a port.
Your local time is automatically calculated based on your browser settings.
No more manual time-zone conversions when choosing your porting window.
Available porting windows continue to follow the configured rules for each country.

Improved Billed Transaction Reporting

We’ve enhanced the Billed Transaction reporting experience in the Cloud Voice App to make it easier to find reports and reconcile them with your invoices.

What’s changed

• Report selection is now based on available invoice months and invoice references, rather than displaying months where no invoice data is available.
• Billed Transaction reports are now named using relevant billing information, including the Billing Account reference, invoice month and invoice reference.
• Reports are easier to search and identify within the reporting interface.

Benefit to you

These improvements make it quicker and easier to locate the correct Billed Transaction report and match reported charges to the corresponding invoice.

The changes are now available in production.
